VAN LIFE 2.0
Two years after my original van trip ended, we were looking for a vacation. We wanted to stay in the South of France (why would anyone leave?) and we wanted to be close to rivers, forests, and the sea. A rented van seemed the most natural solution, and a cute yellow Volkswagen T3 camper named Marguerite caught our eye. She took us from Toulouse to the Lot, to the Grandes Causses, to the Cevennes, the Ardeche, to the Camargue, and back to Toulouse - all in a week. I brought some medium format film and tried my best to document seven days of van life in summery Southern France. These are my travel memories from one of the best trips I've ever been on.
